A response is one completed survey submission from a respondent. Partial responses that are abandoned don't count against your limit.
How does the free plan work?
Your first survey gets the full AI experience - follow-ups, theme extraction, and cross-validation. You can create more surveys afterwards, but they won't have AI features. It's our way of letting you experience the magic before committing.
How does cross-validation work?
When themes emerge from your survey responses, our AI automatically creates neutral follow-up questions and tests them across your broader audience to validate if the feedback is widespread or just from a vocal minority. This is available on Pro plan and above.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do I get charged immediately?
