A response is one completed survey submission from a respondent. Partial responses that are abandoned don't count against your limit.
How does cross-validation work?
When themes emerge from your survey responses, our AI automatically creates neutral follow-up questions and tests them across your broader audience to validate if the feedback is widespread or just from a vocal minority.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
